Ben Pakulski MI40

I like doing a little bit of weightlifting to maintain my fitness level. Ben is at a completely different level of intensity, and dedication than I am. His success as a top bodybuilder is testament to that fact. Although I don't workout with the same intensity, I have days where I put in more effort, and wonder if I change workout routine, can I get more muscle development? I would like to purchase the Ben Pakulski MI40 program. Then I can get a Ben Pakulski MI40 workout. But that will have to wait until I recover from the Christmas holidays. I spend a little more on gifts than I planned.

When I think of Ben's program I am reminded of the Army advertisements. "Be all you can be". It would be great to make some gains in muscle development. I may have to up the intensity level of my workouts, reviewing Ben's program is a great motivator. Although at my age the gains will be less, still I will take any gains I can get, even a small gain is worth it. I can feel the strengh from working out and it makes me feel good. I dropped a little weight when I started working out, and after awhile I gained a little weight. The weight gain was muscle and not body fat. It wasn't much but I am happy about it.
The Ben Pakulski MI40 system looks to be an excellent bodybuilding program. One part of the program that catches my attention is the part about nutrition. I work at having a solid nutritional foundation, being healthy is important to me. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Ben's nutritional recommendations are different than what I had learned. According to Ben with the right nutrition, in conjunction with his recommendations for a workout, should stimulate your body for new growth. So I am giving serious consideration to enrolling with the program, and get a Ben Pakulski MI40 Workout. "Be all you can be".

Ben Pakulski MI40 Review

When I heard of Ben Pakulski I didn't know much about him so I did went to his website to learn a little bit about him. I was interested because I do some weight lifting, more to maintain a certain fitness level. I first went to a website of his, and was impressed with the fact that he was a professional bodybuilder that is ranked among the top 15 in the world. Some of the other things I noticed was his routine was different from what I learned. Instead of going with heavy weights he says that tension is the key to lifting weights. The Ben Pakulski MI40 workout is one system that works. After all he did a lot of research from leading doctors, coaches, and trainers. With some trial and error he developed the Ben Pakulski MI40 Mass Intentions system. The system includes all the information you need to blast past any plateau you may have reached. You will learn to use nutrition along with the workout routine, to stimulate natural growth. I noticed that nutrition was different on different days. It was not just a certain amount that didn't change from day to day.



There sure is a lot of information that comes with the program. Much of it I had to forget what I had learned, and it was like starting over for the first time. If you would like to maximize your workout then do some research and if you get Bens program you can build some Ben Pakulski MI40 muscle.

Ben Pakulski's MI40, Does it work?

Just what is Ben Pakulski's MI40? It is a bodybuilding system that was developed by Ben Pakulski. Before we answer that question, and does it work, we should learn a little more about Ben.
Ben is a pro bodybuilder and is ranked among the top bodybuilders in the world. He has been featured in some of the sports magazines. After studying Kinesiology and bio-mechanics at Western Ontario, he researched the subject by interviewing leading athletic doctors, therapists, coaches, and others. Armed with the knowledge about how muscles work and move, he started to incorporate that knowledge into his workouts. Through trial and error he found out what works and what doesn't

Health of my family

I believe that the best way to approach health care is to start with yourself. Since our bodies take nutrition to function properly we should consider our diet. The foods that we eat everyday has a lot to do with our intake of nutrients, a daily intake of fresh vegetables is a good start. Most every plant and fruit has plenty of nutrition to offer a person. I try to limit my salt and cholesterol from most of my meals.
I drink mostly water after a couple cups of coffee in the morning.
For my family I encourage them to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, they enjoy it, of course its a struggle to limit their intake of less desirable things like candy. Candy is alright but to much can be bad. I have everyone taking a multivitamin as well as Bee Pollen on occasion. There is still much to learn about our health but I believe it is worth it.

Health for my Kids

I was thinking of my kids the other day, about how I am responsible for their health now that the adoption is finished. The judge signed the papers on 11/22/11.
I suppose the fist place to start is with a good Multivitamin, and add maybe some Bee Pollen. The Bee Pollen I will check out the health food store to see if I could find some fresh. I don't really want to go with tablets if possible. I think Bee Pollen is good for their immune system, because of the experience I had with my daughter when she was a toddler.
Taking care of their health during the formative years will pay dividends in the years to come by having stronger and healthier kids when they get older. With the high cost of good quality doctors, I am coming out ahead doing some prevention measures. I hope they take health care with them when they grow and strike out on their own. That won't happen anytime soon so I have a good chance to teach them to take care of their health as well as appearance.
With Christmas coming I need to get some gifts for them, but I better get some vitamins first. I am still not sure what to get them for Christmas, but I still have a little time to decide.

Summer Time

Well summer time is almost over and its time to start thinking of some fall weather. But the way things are going looks like we might have a little more warm weather. I live in Southeast Alaska and was out for a walk, it was sad to see the leaves turning different colors now, although it does look fantastic when the sun shines on the leaves.
Well its time to get in some exercise now that the weather cooled a little. It is a difficult to get motivated when the sun is beating down. I enjoy working with weights, and finishing it off with a slow easy stretch of the muscles that I just worked out. I used to enjoy going out for a run but after I broke my ankle I don't really run much anymore. Well the coming of fall brought about some things to think about.

Physical fitness

Summer time is here for sure we went out had a real nice time on the beach. Summers are real nice even in Alaska. It was good to get out of the winter gear. It got me to thinking about physical fitness and being able to enjoy all that life has to offer. Putting fitness first to start off the day is the time I enjoy the most, when it still cool out, getting out and doing a short run or a work out with some weights. Then when it gets nice and warm out I could just relax and enjoy the day.
Getting a nice work out is only one part of being healthy, the other part is in having a proper diet. Not so easy at times, like last night I had a bit more than I should have. Its turning out to be a good summer and I look forward to enjoying it, fitness lets me enjoy life more.
