Healthy life

I sure enjoyed my moms cooking on Christmas. She cooked up a real feast. I try to stay healthy by diet and exercise. Of course I look for more information, because I believe that diet and exercise goes a long way to adding life to my years, not just years to my life.
I was on the world wide web, when I came across a site that had "Habit Guide: How to be healthy and happy" I think I will go ahead and purchase it. Here's the link if you would like to check it out too.
Healthy living There are a number of programs on the page that sound pretty good but I think I will go with the Habit Guide first. I would like to learn more about health food. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That is one quote I try to keep in mind while I go about my business.
I hope you go to the site, if you are looking to be healthy I am sure you can find something.

Dieting Demystified

We sure had a good feast this Christmas, I think I may have had a little to much to eat. Which makes me think about my health. After looking over a few web sites I have found a site that looks interesting. I could use some help (knowledge) about how to lose the fat. I am wondering if its the type of food that I eat, not just the calories, well I think that I might consider trying "The Diet Solution" That one sounds like it will be worth the investment, if it helps me lose pounds.
I heard there are certain foods to avoid so we could lose stomach fat. Its a place that seems to give me cause for concern. If you are are looking for diet recipes like I am, then check out the link above called lose pounds.

Staying Healthy

With so many health problems today, it stands to reason the best way to avoid the high cost of health care is to maintain your health. An ounce of prevention is a pound of cure. I have looked at different web sites, and at times it can get quite confussing to figure out what is right. What can I do is a real problem. It seems that fruits and vegtables are the way to go when it comes to nutrition.
There was one web site that I found that has some answers as to what works, and how to propare the food so that it taste good. After all there is no reason why we can't enjoy the food while we take care of ourselves. To  visit the web site click here. This web site has some excellent resorces available. I hope this site will help you in your goal for healthy living. It could very well add some life to your years, and not just years to your life.

Ready to trim away your belly fat?

Losing stomach fat and building six-pack abdominal's is something that all to many people dream about and never take any action on. While trimming away stomach fat isn't the hardest thing in the world. The fitness industry certainly hasn't helped people see that. From deceptive ads to truly ridiculous products, the fitness industry is packed to the brim with bizarre and stupid misinformation and dieting myths. While its easy to see the ads and infomercials and think that rock hard abs can only be built using a bizarre fitness contraption, the truth couldn't be further from the television spots. Rock hard abs can be built without any fancy equipment, and just by utilising the weights and frames at your local gym.

Tired of expensive trainer and diet programs? Don't worry about them any more. What little claims they can actually live up to are nothing next to the weight you end up putting back on once the program is over. Don't give in to the hype and buy the next big abdominal scam. Instead go back to basics and focus on the exercises that have built great bodies for hundreds of years.

What are the exercises? They are the simple lifts and movements that get passed over by the major fitness companies because they are not marketable enough, or just plain bland looking next to the latest and greatest ab contraptions. They are the bricks that built the house, not the fancy flooring inside. Like any house they'll stand on their own without the floor, but the house will fall down without them.

This free report, written using information provided by some of the worlds best fitness trainers, is full of information specifically designed to help you step away from the hype, and build an ab workout that actually works. If you have grown tired of endless broken promises, ridiculous abdominal equipment, and simply absurd clams from major fitness companies, then this report is for you. It's 100% back to basics, no-nonsense advise and information, and its all backed up by hundreds of successful athletes and non athletes. You don't need to be a star athlete to apply this information, you just need to understand the key principles of the exercises.

The 7 minute work out

I sure am glad it turned out to be a nice day. I was sure glad to get rid of the heavy coats and winter boots. Been barbecuing a little bit lately. With good food and good friends it sure is peaceful here. It was all good until I looked in the mirror and did not like the weight I had put on. So I decided to stay with my exercise routine and continue burning those calories. I use some weights and am considering trying out a short jog. I have not run since I broke my ankle. I was on the Internet looking over different routines and this one caught my eye. Click Here to check it out. It is called "The 7 minute workout". Sound like a good deal to me because of the busy day that I normally have when the weather is nice like today. The picture is taken in Southeast Alaska. Lots of fun here if you are the outdoor type. Ok got to go and have some fun.

Weight loss

Alright its really nice weather outside and here in Alaska its time for outdoor activities like cookouts, boat rides, hiking and many other things that are fun. personally I like to go fishing and hiking and on the weekends have a family picnic. Feels pretty good to put away the warm bulky clothes for the season. went out and bought a few new clothes for this summer season. When I got home and tried out the new clothes I looked in the mirror and did not like what I saw. I had put on a few pounds and felt lousy about the whole thing. I did some research on the web last month about weight loss and just didn't follow thru with it. Now that the warm season is here I wish I had started sooner. Oh well better late than never. The product that I decided to try out is at this link. After all the research I decided on this on because it made the most sense to me. I tried other products and the only thing that got thin was my wallet. Ouch. Since the other products didn't work I wasn't about to try them over again. I really want to get out and enjoy the weather and can't do that hiding in my clothes. I want to feel good about myself and not hide away. I put a link up above so check it out if you are in the same boat as I.

Green energy

I went to a web site that promised free energy with materials that is readily available. It really sounds pretty good and I would like to try it out sometime. with all the pollution in the world I am interested in environmentally friendly products. Going green I believe is the word. This web site stated that it was possible to build a generator to power your home with a perpetual motion machine with magnets and a battery. Click here to see the web site. The site had a couple of videos. The first video talks about the generator and how easy it is to construct. The second video talks about how the government tries to suppress the technology with threats.
With the end of fossil fuels in sight it would seem like the government would be looking to promote such inventions. But I guess the government is interested more about power and control. So check out the web site for yourself by clicking on the link above.

Green (MagnaWork)

Spring is here and its time to start planting and doing things to get out doors. Here in Alaska its turning nice outside and I sure am looking forward to the summer weather. I enjoy the outdoors and summer time with long warm days is ideal for being outside. This year we hope to do some fishing and picking wild berries. Hope to see Alaska stay a clean state. This Green, beautiful country is full of wild life and beautiful country. Starting to see solar panels and wind mills here. There's some on homes and smaller boats. The electrical grid is way to small because of the size of Alaska. Also the high cost of power is a factor in going green. So people are finding way to generate and save electricity. There is some interest in using ways to generate electricity without polluting the air. Here's a website that I found to be interesting. Click Here. I would like to keep it as it is.
